Concomitant use with other antihypertensive agents may add to the blood pressure-lowering effect. It is metabolized primarily by CYP3A4; therefore, potent inhibitors of this enzyme (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, erythromycin) can significantly increase sildenafil plasma concentrations. Missed dose

Overdose

In cases of overdose, the expected clinical effects would be an exaggeration of the known dose-related adverse effects, including severe hypotension, syncope, and potentially prolonged erection. Standard supportive measures should be employed. Hemodialysis is not expected to accelerate clearance as sildenafil is highly protein-bound and extensively metabolized.

Storage
