Missed dose
Tadalafil is taken on an as-needed basis; there is no daily dosing schedule. Therefore, the concept of a “missed dose” does not apply. Simply take your prescribed dose when you anticipate sexual activity, ensuring at least 24 hours have passed since your last dose.
Overdose
In case of suspected overdose, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms may include severe headache, dizziness, fainting, prolonged erection, or pronounced hypotension. Standard supportive measures should be employed. Hemodialysis is not expected to significantly accelerate clearance as tadalafil is highly protein-bound.
Storage
Store at room temperature (15–30°C or 59–86°F) in the original packaging. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the packaging.
