If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it is close to the time of the next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and resume the regular dosing schedule. Overdose
Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, tachycardia, and in severe cases, seizures, coma, or ECG changes. Serotonin syndrome may also occur.
