Common use

Flixotide Nasal Spray is primarily indicated for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and perennial allergic rhinitis in adults and children aged 4 years and older. It is particularly effective for patients who experience persistent nasal congestion, sneezing, itching, and runny nose due to allergens such as pollen, dust mites, pet dander, and mold spores. Dosage and direction

Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 sprays in each nostril once daily, or 1 spray in each nostril twice daily. Maximum daily dose: 200 mcg.

Children 4-11 years: 1 spray in each nostril once daily. Maximum daily dose: 100 mcg.

Prime the pump before first use by shaking and releasing 6 test sprays into the air away from face. Gently blow nose to clear nostrils before administration. Shake well before each use. Tilt head slightly forward and insert nozzle into nostril, pointing toward the outer wall of the nose. Breathe in gently while spraying and avoid sniffing forcefully.
